mpg counts/unit selection.
« on: February 21, 2009, 01:56:12 AM »
Hello All,

I would like to know if it is possible to set up my diy MPG so that I can change the counts/unit value via a switch.  Currently all I have hooked up is the encoder and one switch, which toggles between the different axis. I am hoping to add a knob w/ 3 positions which select 3 different counts/unit of movement.  If any one has any experience with this please share with me your thoughts.

Thank you in advance,

Jose.

I have three switches on my lathe panel, one switches  full jog mode another multi step mode and the third will toggle the units for the multistep.
