From what I see you put that in your code, so if you have
G76 X*** Z*** Q* P* etc
you would put it before each thread start.
#99066 = 0
G76 X*** Z*** Q* P* etc
#99066 = 120
G76 X*** Z*** Q* P* etc
#99066 = 240
G76 X*** Z*** Q* P* etc
