Having done a lot of public works contruction, I would go down to your city or county planning office and find out what architectural firms they do business with.   In addition to the government, these firms usually pay big bucks for models.  Another source to check is school districts, airports, water districts, BLM (bureau of land management), National Forest Service, State parks, etc.

Hunting resorts and/or clubs, land owners, highway construction groups, mineing operations, airports, vacation resorts, ................. everybody needs one of those.  :)

Don't forget.....my 20% "idea" fee straight off the top. If you use anybody else idea, I still get my 20%, plus they may charge you an additional fee. I know this may sound outrageous, but you have to understand that ideas don't just grow on trees, plus you get the easy part of material handling, machining, the joys of marketing, paperwork, etc....  The more I think about it, the more I realize I'm getting the shaft at 20% and your getting the gold mine.
