Mach4 with MicroProto controller Taig 5019

Hello,
I have a new to me Taig DSLS with the VSS spindle. I'm using Mach4 and a UC100 for a couple of my other machines with no issues.
On this machine, I have gotten the spindle to operate when commanded by Mach4 as well as the limit switches working properly. So this tells me the uc100 is communicating properly.
Problem: I cannot get any movement from the motors. They are engerized but will not move when commanded, jog or g-code. I've tried two different uc100 with no changes. Is there some unique settings I'm missing for the encoders?
Thank you for the help.

Thank you for the reply. I did find my mistake on Sunday, it was the board enable, which is pin 1! Interesting, I did not enable pin 17 like you did, but I can turn my spindle on and off with Mach 4. What is pin 17 for?
Thanks!
