I have been running Mach 3 software with my Max NC controller for some time and was wanting to set up limit switches. currently just have a E-stop in the limit socket is it possible to hookup limits to this system?

If you check out the documents relating to MaxNC you will find one mentions using LPT Pin12 as the home switches input etc.

Thanks tweakie.cnc  I was able to active the home limit switches with LPT  pin 12 by using the information in the link you supplied and the video help that was on the Mach  website to setup home limits It works great thanks for your help and Merry Christmas
