Which OS to install?

Quickly:

I bought a used P4, 1.500 MHz, 392.688 MB RAM

I'm going to format & reinstall it...

so, what's best to run Mach3 on such machine? Windos 2000 or Windos XP?

I like to use XP but that it just me ... both should work okay :)
