Where are these files ?

Hey Folks,
  Do you know where these files (dropdown) are kept on the PC ?
Cand they be deleted ?
Can this function of saving the addresses be turned off ?

Looked at Advanced Internet options / Browsiing under Tools, but not sure what I'm looking at.
