I run mach3 on my Dell Inspiron 6400 with Vista Home for practice in my home office. My CNC router machine is connected on another Dell Laptop with XP home.

I just noticed the on the Vista machine, if I run mach3 and then I leave the machine to sleep, when I come back the machine is crashed and have to reboot etc.

Any way to avoid this?

Sorry I forgot to add that I have installed mach3 as per instructions and mach3 works properly, no problems at all.

Also after a shutdown as described above I get this message after the reboot; " Windows recovered from unexpected shutdown"
