Program not running

I load Roadrunner, the path and gcode come up but when I press start nothing happens.

Is there an error message? Are all the ports and pins set correctly?

No and yes.
It wont even jog?
I have two computers both running XP but not connecter to motors
The one upstaris runs Mach fine but the one downstaires is the one I am having troubles with.
On that one I have just reloaded Mach3.
