Cannot get into Mach3

Everything was fine a few months ago, I just haven't had time to get out to the shop. Computer boots up but seems like it will not even go into windows. I may be in the wrong place here but, I purchased this computer "refurbished" solely for the purpose of running this mill with Mach3. Any idea's? Thanks Colin

Do you have the Windows XP disk? presuming its XP, if not same question for 2000
Also how far does it get? Do you see the windows splash screen, do you just see the POST screen, do you not even see that?
