my motor on X axis steps back and forward one step then locks up  they all worked when i took machine apart to upgrade the wheels
so i may have  broke a wire i am testing the wirers for continuity  any suggestions would help thanks rocmen

Check to make sure that your Step and Direction (Or Pulse, Direction) wires are not swapped.
