Mach3 problem
« on: February 01, 2026, 06:36:27 AM »
Hello!
I've been using Mach3 + Win2000 on a milling machine for a long time (about 15 years), and I had no problems with Mach3. But now I've builted a new cnc machine with WinXP, Mach3 043.062, SmoothStepper Ethernet, and a Panasonic servo drive. The G-codes were prepared using MasterCAM X7. G-codes are large - 26,000 lines. The purpose was to cut of 20 parts from an aluminum sheet. After each part, there was a command to change the tool and continue working. Start push each time. After 7 parts and pressing Start, the cutter begins moving in an unknown direction. I  stopped Mach3. Restarted Mach3 and continued execution. After cutting off one part, the cutting tool started to move to the second, but then returned to the first part. I stopped Mach3 again. Why is this happening? Is there a solution?
Sorry for my English!
