Hello, I've been having trouble with my CNC lately. One of my macros uses the G31 code to touch material and stop. However, it has developed a stuttering problem (attached video with grinding sound). Other z-axis motions are normal except the probe. What can be the reason for this? I use a SmoothStepper controller.
