Buy one that is made in US or EU do not buy Chinese.

What brand is the best will this one do??? The box already has a 24V power supply in it and a fan I’m just gonna put this one in the other ones place.

Hard, if not impossible, to say which is the best but a motion controller that I use with Mach3 is the Warp9 ESS. https://warp9td.com/
