Software will - not Downlaod

I have downloaded the Mach3 software 3 times. My box reboots at the end of the install and when it comes back up the software and no where to be found. Has anyone seen this before?

It's downloaded and installed fine for me on Win XP, Vista & 7.
I have a "No Internet" rule for the CNC PC though so there's nothing funny on there, try a clean install of Windows,
