Execute GCode under button in Mach3

Hello Guys

Im trying to create button which can be able to execute Code after click. Below i put VB code, but it doesn't work. Please help.

'M5001 Macro to run PushStick.Tap
LoadRun("C:\Mach3\Data\Mach3\CurrentMachFile.tap")
While IsLoading()
Wend
DoOEMButton(160)
