Screen Help

I need make a new screen with ONLY the following for our operators to use.
Start button
Stop button
Reset button
ESTOP button
X.Y, Z coordinate display

Any help on how to generate this would be greatly appreciated.

USE MachScreen  Screen editing program and ADD or subtract what ever you want to the screen set.
