Mach3 Brain for auto Cycle Start

I want to create a Brain in which when a Relay assigned Input goes Low Mach3 triggers>>>> Feed Hold . Only when the Mach3 is running any program.
So when that relay or the assigned input goes High again it Should Trigger Cycle Start.
