Help needed with lazy cam image import

I am trying to import a bmp image in lazy cam once i import the image it brings me to image processor. What do i do from this point?
Also is there a instruction book for lazy cam any where?

I dont use it so cant be much help other than to say there is a video on the downloads page which gives a brief intro to LazyCAM
