Trying to find out what screen that is.

Please can someone advise me what screen that is , it looks clean and i would like to use it.

Look a bit like the Mach2 screen or possibly an early Mach3 screen.

This is the old Mach2 one see if its what you want, if not its easy enough to alter in a screen editor to what you want.
There is also the simple screen attached, it may be what you are looking for?
