I had to reinstall mach so did that set up my table 25 x 39 etc.  Homing and Limits I set home min X -25 and home y min -39 and Z was at 3.  I set up x & Y for zero at - numbers.  those are the only setting I have done so far.

X and Y min and Z Max should be zero and X and Y Max and Z min should be the amount of travel you have. The Z min being a negative number.

That did it.  I also found why every time I open Mach setting changed I did not know you can save your setting??? Anyway That did it thank you.
