General Mach Discussion / blocked manual movement
« on: April 22, 2009, 10:33:04 AM »
Guys,

in my machine the axis are moving automatically but if I try moving them manually using the arrows they are not working. Is there a function in mach3 settings that may block it?

Thanks

Ok guys thanks for your help.

I understand you can set the division manually but since the number of division may change isn't there a way that the controller automatically divides them?

thanks

I read the thread and it was helpfull but i still have a question: if on 360 degrees i have 50 division, is it possible that the controller automatically divides the 360 grades in 50 parts and move from one to another one alone?

thanks

I can't explain you  what is going on since i have no idea.
All i can say is that when i do some moving testes in g0 the machine moves correct, when i load a program the machine makes the profile wrong.
100% sure the program is OK, i just wanted to know if it is a licence problem but you said it's not.
So anyone got a clue on what this problem is?

Thanks

Hi,
thank for your answer.
The problem is that the movements that the machine does is not the one that the computer displays and say to do.

General Mach Discussion / Licence problem when upgrading
« on: July 23, 2008, 10:17:54 AM »
Hi guys,

i have a problem with my version of r2.63.
I use the same licence of an older version of mach3 and it seems it has some problem while moving in working coordinates.
The machine is doing the g0 perfectly but doing the g1 or g2 it moves wrong even if the computer says it move correctly.
Now the question is: there are different licences for different versions of mach3 or the same licence work for all the versions.

Thanks for anyone that answers.

bye
