General Mach Discussion / Re: increase the feed (accelerando)
« on: April 16, 2008, 04:18:58 AM »
Dear Jimpinder ,

Thank you for your reply,
I think I will split the line it is better.
I have tig torch instead of spindle. In the begining of work, work piece is cold (no problem) , but later it gets warmer so torch burn the piece. There is also cold wire feeder in the same line.
X-Y-Z (B works as wire feeder) all of them have interpolation.so,so
I will split the feed in 5-10 lines, try again.

Thanks a lot again.

General Mach Discussion / Re: incremental feed
« on: April 15, 2008, 05:12:14 AM »
Sorry I forgot to say ,

I need axis increment feed, not spindle.
For example X at ziro
G01 F100 x20
X starts as F100 and finish as F100 no problem.
But What I need is X should start as F50 and increase to F100 (In 20mm)

Thank you
Ayhan

General Mach Discussion / M3-M5
« on: April 04, 2008, 03:14:35 AM »
Hello everyone, :)

After M3 or M5 command axes wait nearly 2 seconds, for spindle turn (or off).
How can I change waiting time as 0 (zero) ?

General Mach Discussion / cumulative movement
« on: February 24, 2008, 06:52:14 AM »
Hello,

I need to move axis B as cumulative.
My B axis is indepentent (work as weld wire-feeder) , should not come back and in every loop  , should move plus .
like 1+1=2 , 2+1=3 , 3+1=4    ???
What sould I do ?

Thanks
Ayhan

Yes I use metric system ,

On the other hand Mach3 is started to not accept my last line "M30".
When I click "load g code" I can not see the last line "M30" ,
It is new problem ,
Do you know the reason.?
My g codes are very short
G00 Z10
G02 X80 Z-12 A180 R10
G28
M30
And save them as "TXT" or "NC"
Nothing more in the beginning nothing more in the last.
Do I have to write something in the beginning ?

I see some g codes they write many g code numbers in the first line
is it the reason ?

thank you jimpinder,

I still test my machine , 5 axis is working , If we forget to change active plane as X-Z in the morning , than it crash. It is same like the feedrate , as default it is 6.00 , but I use 3000. Anyway it is easy to write Go and F*** , but , active plane is more dangeorus.
There may be to change them as default.

Does anyone know the reason.
2. How can I set active plane as X-Z as default ?
3.How can I change the feedrate as default ?

Thank you from now ,
