I changed the step and dir signals several times and read the linistepper and Mach documentation also many times to see if i missed something.
Underwhile i've noticed that there are more problems with the linisteppers and now i'm busy with another driver to see if that will work.
Till so far i thank everybody for their help and as soon as i know more i will post it here.

I'm using a breakoutboard and on this pin 1 is connected to a relay (which is not powered because i don't use it).

It are Linisteppers and as far as I know they don't require enable.
Otherwise, does anybody know a good adres (website) for other drives?

I changed it to different values but without any result.
What else can it be?

I've measured again with another digital meter and i'm getting 138 mV by movement and 90 mV when stopped.
Where can i change the step pulse timing? Is it in "Config" "Motor Tuning" and then by "Step pulse"?

Yes, IPC is industrual PC, a Distec with 2 GHz Celeron CPU and 128 mB RAM

When I jog I have the following signals: In + direction; Step 4.9V, Dir 0V.
In - direction; Step 4.9 Volt, dir 4.9 Volt.
I've changed the phases also several times (motor is wobling like the phases are mounted wrong).
Can I measure the phase outputs of the stepperdriver?

It worked on my old computer with TurboCNC under DOS.
The touch screen must run under WINXP so that's why i'm trying Mach3.
I've slowed down the acceleration up to 0.2 and velocity to 20 but that didn't make any difference.
Any ideas?

My old computer was broke down and now i have a new IPC with touch screen  :).
I only can't get my motors running.
I've tried different motors, and power supply's but i'm not able to get even one axis running (Axis X)
I get 4.93 volts in step and dir pin and the motor wants to run but is only humming.
When i change the amount of steps per from 400 to 4000 it even makes a higher humming.
Please who can help me? (XML file attached, only look at the X-axis)

Thank you in advance,

Arjan
