Holy Smokes Got it   Thanks Graham Brett and Hood.   Graham got me the Hook up i didnt change the circular motion i just uncheck the x and y toggle  Once again Thanks Graham

 This for my mill i cant see anything ive opened everybox  and  if i switch to plasma post instead of mill there are no circles.  i geuss ill have to call them. Thanks Brett so much  for looking at this for me!!!!!   I appreciate it a whole bunch you have no idea.

ya thats right do you see those circles like on the bottom of his chest and his feet and legs" these arent supposed to be there". well i must not be crazy. Mach is following this.  when i build the code in sheetcam it does not make those circles. so am i right it must be the bobcad post  if i use the bobcad plasma post it doesnt make those circles either what do ya think? what does that mean if most of the code is blue and the 4 little circles are purple thats the way it is showing up on mine

Well i got my encoders mounted 500 usdigital and im still playing with it im just fascinated by servo i have sem 29 inch nema 42 and these suckers i think are big compared to my 260 steppers. and  mach3 will make these things  switch direction so fast they will jump off the ground usually when i show my wife stuff she could care less  but she even thought that the servos were impressive  just making my own conclusion about the stepper vs servo war   from a green horn rookie point of view

another thing hey guys right now im running 70v at 1500kva   do you think i should be running this P.S in series 140 v at 750kva my motors can handle 180v 8.8 amps 3 of them

Could somebody please load this code in there mach3 and see if there getting a bunch of loop de loos  circles see if im crazy.

when i  create the code in Sheetcam everything is fine .    when i take the same drawing and make some code with bobcad i get a bunch of  circles that mach will cut just wondering if it is operator error or my post is screwed up. because if i generate some code with the bobcad plasma post the circles are not there but this is for my mill

OK i geuss i need to get the 500 line encoders for sure
