General Mach Discussion / Mach3 + Ajax cnc retrofit kit

Is there anyone that is using the mach3 and Ajax cnc kit with the d3Io board that can give me
any good or bad thoughts

I'm Looking to retrofit my fryer MB15 mill with a milltronics control i have a burned axis drive that cost over a grand to
repair an no programmable spindle  that's about the same cost of the kit

General Mach Discussion / AD sure servo And smooth stepper

I have a smooth stepper running automation direct servo system and the trouble I'm having is unable to get over a 500 rpm with the servo motor
even with the max speed set to 3000rpm in sure servo soft and max speed in mach set to 3000  even went as far as setting the steps per unit to
30000 per unit there was  a little change but still not right so if any has any ideas pls let me know

I am running a Galil dmc controller and when i run gcode from mastercam with a Fanuc generic post  the axis steps per unit settings seem to be diffrent than when mdi line godes any ides !!!

Iam setting up a system with a dmc 2133 Ethernet using win vista on a laptop and the axis jog keys are acting funny when i press the right arrow the motor starts at full speed when i release it still keeps on a movin  same as for left key i do know its not the laptop key pad it does it an all axis i would like some suggestions trouble shooting this

Modbus / modio and MPG question

I have a ModIO board with a Mpg wheel hooked up how do i get the mpg wheel to move an axis in step mode .100/.010/.001 incerments
I use the flayout jog screen jog mode set to MPG  cant get single step to work
