They are stored in the machine.ini file located in the respective profile folder. You can copy this file. The Mach4 software also stores backups if you have configured for it.
Alternatively you can package the whole profile easily. I would recommend this method.
Instructions on how to package profile
1.   Open mach4 using the profile you are working with.
2.   On mach4 menu go to Help->Support->Package Current Profile
3.   Save package to desired location.
4.     Import the profile in a new Mach4 Installation

You can go down to 60hz and 125 safely. Warnings are fine as long as there are no errors. The polling speed is dependent not only on the CPU but the Network card/module on your motherboard. We recommend 1gbit network interface to reduce the number of factors that can affect network latency. 1gbit will ensure the needed network latency but some 100mb/s cards should also be fine. Unfortunately it is hard to predict what factors are involved as there are numerous.

Otherwise the problem could be with "running too many applications at the same time" or some "heavy background activity" or "antivirus slowing the system down" or "HDD is near capacity".

We recommend keeping the default values. ie. 80Hz and 125 buffer level.
You can go down to 60Hz and 150 buffer level.

As long as the machine is working as intended we do not recommend changing those values even if there is a warning.

I will try my best to answer your questions.

1. You can save your THC settings for different materials in ArcPro screen. To select the setting you can use Gcode to select tool number. The tool number corresponds to the THC setting you have saved. Default is 0.

2. You can use Fanuc post processor with any software including Sheetcam.

3. Yes you will need a adapter for the ohmic sensor that can work with 24V digital inputs on the Integra 7866.

4. you can wire the step/dir directly to the clearpath motors we have some wiring diagrams on our website.

Our controllers can only drive low watt sensors

please confirm you have encoder feedback working when you move the motor by hand.  you can see the encoder count in the Hicon Diag status window.

Once you have that working, you can then start tuning the PID loop.  Analog drives require PID filter to move the motor for position control.

This error means the computer is not able to keep up the polling rate to get the runtime information from the controller.

You can lower the polling frequency in HiCON Config under system tab. For every 5hz lowered increase the max buffer by 10.

The computers frequency can be monitored in the HiCON status window. 80hz is the default but too low values may cause errors.

As long as your machine is working as intended at 80Hz you don't really need to change it. Some laptops and some computers with i3 cpus are not able to maintain this 80hz.

Hello Chris

Warning Main Loop Process duration... means that the "Polling Frequency" set in System tab of the HiCON Config window is too high and the computer is not able to keep up. These messages are harmless as long as your machine is working as expected.

You can lower the polling frequency by 5 and increase the max buffer level by 10 until the warning disappears.
The Actual Tx/Rx frequency of the computer can be viewed in the HiCON Status window.
