Sure, here's one for you.

Yep, it's file dependant as your file indeed works correctly, my friend-

Also, yes, the run time counter doesn't stop, the longest I let it run was 15 minutes.

So I'm guessing it's the M30 at the end of my file? What exactly is that affecting?

Yes, of course but I'll do one better. I'll show you  ;)

Take note how after the GCode window cycles, the run time counter continues counting and does not stop.

Oh, and pay no attention to how the fonts and characters are clipped. I have my fonts set larger than normal on my widescreen so that's why it looks that way on my test machine.

Chris,

Thank you SO much for taking the time to explain your setup and config. I must be learning something over time because it actually makes good sense to me  ;). Agreed on Richs excellent manual as that has helped me a great deal but reading how you actually set up your machine from art to part is a really nice way of "seeing" how to acomplish what you do.

Thank again for sharing, and please post more of your work as you finish it as I'm just so impressed with it all.

Hi Terry,

Yes, I use an M30 in my GCode, don't most users?

The new script did not run either  :D

Thanks,
Dave

I'm not sure I know how to make an MCode, lol!

I set up a button in a screen designer as a VB "Run Script" button and then open Mach 3 and use the "Edit button Script" command to insert the script.

Hi Terry,

That's just it thought, it happens on both my testing and my machine PCs. I wonder if it's version specific as they're both the same version and since things are running great (KNOCK ON WOOD!) I'm not going to try anything new and different just yet  ;)

Yes, I actually was playing with the idea if I couldn't get it to work, I'd do it in the cam setup.

Excellent work, Chris, I'm very inspired watching it over and over  ;)

May I ask how you generate your GCode? Possibly you're writing your own with the gang tooling setup?

Thanks for sharing-
