Hi Kenny, is the machine using Mach 3 software? If so, you should post this question in the "General Discussion" area of the forum. This area of the forum is for reporting Forum suggestions and problems.

If it does not pertain to Mach 3, I would try the CNCZone.com,, as there are many knowledgable people over there on rebuilding lathes.

General Mach Discussion / Re: PC built exclusively to run a CNC machine
« on: September 26, 2010, 10:10:01 AM »
On this page: http://dc9.tzo.com/Mach3%20PC100.htm

He mentions it's available on ebay by searching "Mach3 CNC PC", but nothing like that PC comes up in either active or completed items.

I would just give him a call or email to get some details on pricing.

I have cut corian for lithophanes, but I'm curious as to how you got the cut out areas dark.

Hello Arbo, just painted filled the cut areas and leveled and surface the top to clean them up  ;)

*****VIDEOS***** / Marilyns Angel

Thought some of you might like to see the video I put together for Marilyn (a friend of ours) cutting her future Xmas gift of the Corian Angel. She's very interested in the machine so I thought it would be a nice addition on a DVD for her with the gift.

Simpson, you may want to bypass this video as it has lame endless cutting that I know bores you  ;)

Thanks,
Dave

Nice work, fellas, and especially like the "hollow" inlays on this model.

I'm a big fan as you can see..... Birdseye surrounded by brass ring.  ;)

Thanks as always for sharing, love your work.
