Hi Gerry,

No sir, I meant that I can see the toolpath just fine, but the button does nothing for me when clicked on.

Thanks,
Dave

Very nice, and welcome to the forum.

Is that material stag/antler?

Hi Gerry,

Tried out the screen set, and it seems it would be just what Roelli may be interested in as it's very simplistic and to the point. The toolpath button does not work for me, but not sure if you knew that.

Running Version R3.041

Should be interesting to see if he likes it.
Good job so far.

I know it's been said before, but I'm saying it again.

Klaus, you are indeed an excellent example of customer service, and for a FREE program!  8)

Thanks,

Just going off topic..
This PC has no parallel port on it, its the only reason im not using it to control the CNC. I have seen a PCI & PCIe parallel port card on ebay, these are going for £11 & £19, i dont mind buying one, but will it work ok with Mach3

Thanks
Anthony.

Hi Anthony,

I'm sure you've already come up with this, but can you raster at different angles to "cover" up the banding and smooth everything out? Or doesn't it work that way?

I know some CNC woodworking fellas do this to smooth everything over when using ballnose cutters and thought maybe this would be the same effect?

Do yourself a favor and play with one of the screendesigners, as you'll be able to make screens you'd personally like to see it used.

Just a tip, when you open a screenset to play around, save it as a copy FIRST, that way you don't destroy the original  ;)

Have fun-
