Thanks, Fred, are you saying I have to add something to the macropump you uploaded, or is this something that is programmed into an application like "LCD Smartie" and that "shuts off the blinking cursor, and the LCD driver remembers that state?

Ran into another snag as well as I connected this to my actual machine PC, and when I "run macropump" on the General config screen, Mach doesn't function correctly. It will not go in and out of Reset and I can't control the jogging. Possibly it's getting crossed up with another plugin I'm using. Oh well, I'll have to play with this another time as I'm just swamped with work at this point  >:(

Thanks,
Dave

Thank you Mikee, perhaps you could start a thread showing off your pool cue lathe or your wood router?

Everyone here loves to see what others are building.

Fred, thanks so much for posting this, I actually gave it a try and it works, but one question for you. The cursor is blinking on the "X" in the top left corner, is there a way to stop it from blinking?

Thanks for sharing your work and also to TP for helping sort it out with you.  ;)

Thanks,
Dave

Thanks, fellas,

Tweaks, I used the pocketing option  :)

I used this logo but unfortunately this was one that V Carve couldn't trace very well on it's own as well/fast as I could trace it by hand in VCarve. It's also a strange font so had to redo a bit of that as well.

It's amazing how fast you can get with a lot of practice.

Thanks,
Dave

This is a sign for the "Project SEARCH" program that my daughter attended this year. She graduates from the program on Thursday so I thought I'd make the folks involved with the program, a little gift sign for the house (the headquarters) they had refurbished through the year.

It's a metallic gold engraving laminate that I glued onto an ABS backer board to give it some heft and it 1/4 X 7-1/2 X 11-1/2".

The router worked just as I'd hoped, and I look forward to doing more projects with it as well. Still need to connect all the relays for the spindle and vac, but we all know how things can drag out when we're busy...

Thanks for looking,
Dave

I will not get into an argument here, and this will be the last time I post on this subject as I know it's frowned upon to badmouth sellers/vendors on this forum.

I do have to say that I left no information out in my post and it is all true to the relevency to Astroguy's question. No details hidden as Andrey even confirmed that there is an issue with this pendant/plugin (not sure which yet, and it's been how long?).

Again, I must repeat: I was told this worked exactly like the Shuttle Pro 2 Pendant so I should feel confident in thinking it would. IT DID NOT.

If anyone would like any info, I would be happy to relay it to them via emails or PM's as I have nothing to hide and I will not be a part of a @#$%-storm here.

I could have come on here on my own and started a thread about this situation, but again, I know the higher ups don't like that being done.

I even helped Andrey sort out some flaws in his pendant and plugin and this is how I'm treated.

Hood, sorry I missed this as I'm not here very often anymore.

I wish you well my friend and I'll be thinking about you over here.

Speedy recovery to you-

Has anyone used one of these? I am ready to buy one but would like some input from someone who bought one.

I bought one and sent it back as there was too much "lag" in the shuttle dial control as compared to the original Shuttle Pro 2. Andrey said it could not be fixed and to get a refund I needed to send it back. I asked for a discount but he did not want to work that out and insisted I send it back.

Had to send it back on my dime which I was not thrilled about since it was described as working just like the original Shuttle Pro.

Live and learn....

Tangent Corner / Engraving sticky mat

Hi all,

Just thought I'd get some opinions on this type of product?

http://www.artisan-es.com/MultiMat1.htm

Anyone use one at all? I'm wondering how well it actually "grips" and what your type of application was when this was used?

Thanks for your thoughts.
