Some more pics for you as promised....

I setup some home switches today and made the z axis adjustable to be able to have my z home wherever I'd like using a stainless steel adjustable rod on the headstock. I think this would be a pretty nice feature since that position may change with certain jobs that would be done.

Ray, have a look in the "Benchtop Mill" forum on the CNC Zone forum. There's a fella named "Hoss" that has built an auto toolchanger which I believe uses these exact toolholders. He's actually building a rotary toolchanger right now so you may want to have a look there.

Just look for something like "Hoss' ATC project" or something like that. It's a good lengthy read but a lot of great info there.
