Thank you sir, unfortunately I'm pretty swamped here lately and can't get a large chunk of time to play -  >:(

I have a lot to learn with this thing  :D

All fixed  :)

You can spot my new exit line for the x/z that needed to be fixed as well ;)

I still have no idea what I'm doing. I'm going to have to seriously sit down for some time with this to really try to understand what it is I'm doing.

I changed it and you're correct as it clears it up.

Am I not allowed to be in diameter mode? So now is this because it was the way it was drawn ?

I'm not understanding this at all. :-[

Ok, thanks as always, Rich. I went through with the settings you showed and had "some" success. I'm still coming up with the cropcircles but at least the profile is there :D

Thought I'd try to load this and I get an error "J word given for arc in xz plane line 37"

Do I have a setting setup wrong somewhere?

Thanks,

LazyCam (Beta) / Re: autocad dxf file can feed to lazy cam software

Hi there,

Yes, you can use autocad dxf files but make sure you save them as "11/12 ASCII" type autocad files.

No sir, not as of yet.

I've just been swamped all of a sudden with my "side job" work to even setup the new software, let alone connect an encoder that doesn't even exist   :D

Wow, then you totally have me as to why that is and where it would be going. I have no idea why that is. Possibly someone else may have an idea but I personally would just reinstall the program.

There was a time that I had an issue with LazyCam not "saving" my files correctly and when I'd go back to change a number or cut depth on a particular part, all the settings and numbers would be back to zero. Pissed me off...lol! So I reinstalled and all was well again.

Hi there-

In the top menu, click, "setup", then "posting options". That is where LazyCam will store the GCode that you have posted. Are you saying it's not in that folder when you generate the GCode from LazyCam?

Just spoke (emailed) with Boris, he said you can just download the software and that's it.
