Very cool, thanks for sharing the pics.

Hood, those are usually a large honed "sleeve" and not really a bushing at all.

We also have one at work (Yuasa) that we use to spin down cutters for counterboring and such and I often wanted to put a small motor and belt on it -  ;D

Can't wait to get my 4th axis finished..... but of course then I'll have to learn how to use it, lol!!

Ah, I see, much like my Taig Microoproto system. I take it that is Bob Campbell BOB then?

I believe he's the only one that makes a board that facilitates a "closed loop" type system with encoder usage, right?

Thanks,
Dave

Just a very slick setup! What exactly do your encoders do for you?

Thanks for sharing,

Hmmm.... are you indeed running Vista as mentioned above? If not, what OS are you using?

As for firewall interupting your download, I would think if the file got corrupt during download, it would show immediately while installing.

That doesn't sound right at all (of course you already know that).

While it's not a "perfect" piece of software, what you're experiencing sounds like a bad install.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?

Sage,

Glad you're enjoying the Shuttle Pro  :)

As for the Macro, just enter the number of the Macro that you saved your  "Ausie tool setter" macro as, in one of the macro boxes on the config screen, and then click the dropdown arrow menu of the button you want to use and choose macro 1 or 2 , whichever you're using at that time.  ;)
