Very nice work, my friend.

How about sharing some details about it.

If I may ask, I'd be interested knowing the speed/torque available , the weight, and how it's wired......oh, and where'd you get it-  :D

Never get tired of seeing your schtuff -  ;)

Hi BobbyDon,

Have a look at this thread as it may give you some help in sorting out your laptop troubles  -  ;)

Let us know how it works out for you-

Nic work, Tweakie, that's a beauty!

And Marcel has a great idea with the plugs but I was also thinking you could use a C clamp to clamp the square inside, and then clamp that clamp to the vise. That would make sure it wouldn't go anywhere for you.

I've had enough heart trouble.... I don't need more  :D

Give ProgeCAD a try as it's free as well and very much like AutoCad.  ;)

Hi Pete,

Ok, had a look at the dxfs and they did open but with a lot of broken areas and "fragments" all over the place. May I ask what you used to create this dxf? I'm thinking part of the problem is that it's not clean enough to be functional.

Have a look at the screenshot of your dxf zoomed in. You'll see all the little bits around and the lines are very very jagged which would cause your machine to go nuts, lol.

I believe I had this same problem and I switched to Diameter mode and it fixed it.

Give that a try but I'm sure Rich will be here soon to tell you - :D
