Both opened fine here in Vcarve Pro and loaded into LTurn as well.

See if this is any better for you.

Please take a screen shot of what you see, and I may be able to help out with this.

I know I have .005" /rev but would like to see it, I know the 5 is hiding behind the window, should I try another screen set?

Why not just do what Tweakie mentioned in his post?

Hi Ray,

You will need to use one of the Screen Designers - opening the .set file (typically 1024.set) the format of the Feedrate DRO's are shown as %4.2f - the 2f is the number of decimals shown - change this figure to 3f if that is the number of decimals you require.

While I know I'm never much help around here, (especially for the brainiac that you are  ;) ) I may have a few lame ideas to try even though I have no clue how this works.  ;D

Now I realize these glued layers may run deep into the center of this conglomeration, have you tried to apply air to the unit and maybe run a candle around it to see if it's leaking on the outer edges? At least it might give you a clue to where it/they are?

Or possibly a thin soapy water solution rubbed across the surfaces would bubble and reveal a leak?

EDIT: if you do find a leak, possibly a good quality "melting" type glue would help/hold?

General Mach Discussion / Re: Vise placement/reference?

Just to add to Rays post, while those type stops are nice (and solid), I like a table mounted stop in many cases as it opens up those rear vise threaded holes just in case you're doing wide plates and you need to mount your rear jaw to the far backside of the vise.  ;)

I have made a series of squares and circles in different diameters with specific inside and outside dimensions to check against the final result.

I take roughing cuts, and then finishing cuts to be sure the results are accurate, being sure that any "spring" in the cutter is lessened.

Excellent, glad to see she's running like a champ, and love the re-purposing of the printer parts-

Great, now if we can just figure out how to get your keyboard fixed as the CAPS button seems to be stuck?  ;D

Welcome to the forum ;)
