Ok, fixed mine up for you, Scott.

I'm visually showing a jpeg but zipped a bmp version as well for you -  :)

You guys are very good at this. All your entries look great!  :o

Thanks,
Dave

Ok, so the rules were not so clear then because the rules stated any backround image and I thought for sure since this was for a Mach 3 supported product, we certainly weren't supposed to use your logo.

That's why I asked about your name-  :P

Congrats fer_mayrl !  :)

Thought I'd share my first project with MeshCam as I won this program over at the Taig Owners Club forum.

It's all new to me so it will take a little bit of playing with to get the hang of it and unfortunately time is pretty much non-existant lately.

My wife and I hate the commercialism of Valentines day so we always make each other cards instead of buying them. I thought this would be a nice addition to the card as well.

It's made from a piece of 2.5" by 5" X 3/8" Cherry and the full depth is about .120. I started with an 1/8 ballmill in .025 steps and then a finish cut of the same ballmill with .010 steps.

Not the most complicated part but I like to take babysteps!   :D

Here's the pic that I stole the image from (obviously I had to modify it a bit and change it to grayscale):

And then here's a couple of shots of the part:

I think you got it, then  :)

Or maybe you can just set up a "fake" cutter size diameter to make it think it's cutting bigger?

It sounds as if you have not setup any tools in Lazycam and specified any offsets and if you have not purchased the Pro version, you will not get these options.

Have you watched any of the tutorial videos in the video area of Mach 3 website?

Even though some of the screens may not look the same, you get the idea of what's going a lot more.

Sounds like it was not to scale when drawn?

Ok, here's mine, let me know if it is indeed the correct size for you. I can do this in a gif, jpg, bmp, png, whatever you'd like.

I'm also including the big one I thought you originally wanted as well.   :D

I have Version R3.042.020 and it is its own wizard called "CopyCat"

You do have to have a license for the NFS wizards to use this one

Hope that helps-
