General Mach Discussion / want some simple circuit to test mach3 with a small step motor?

I just buy one step motor: oriental motor PK244-02BA with 6 wire DC
0.8A 7.5ohm 2 phase and a ic MC3479P stepped motor driver,
would like to know is there some simple circuit I can build and test
the step motor from the pc?
this 2 items cost me $12 but I think is the good start to learn
something new.

General Mach Discussion / looking for tangential cutter and chasing tool

I am in the process to design a router table for cutting corrugated card board, and try to find supplier for tangentail cutter and chasing tool for box making, if anyone know of any link to this type of tool head, please let me know.
I do know mach3 & 4 has build in function for this already.
