Also....The output code can be saved with different extensions (.nc, .tap, .txt, .ncc). Either select the correct extension type in the drop-down menu after you click the "load G-code" button, or just select the "all files" selection.

I also use DA 180's and ER collets. Never once had any issue with cutters pulling out. I've also seen technical papers and crap about the capabilities and comparisons of different tooling holders, but honestly, I think those circumstances only come into play when your pushing the extreme boundaries with the holders, as you would in say, a high production setup where every second counts.

Wow, that looks darn good, Hood. Every button ya need, right there in the same box. Shame about the local anodizing place. The lack of professionalism in the world is simply astonishing. Anodized and laser etched would really be the ticket.

Hehe... I think we all deserve a laugh now and again. I just can't find the time, energy, or money to make a proper setup. Soon as I get some spare cash, there's always something else to spend it on. Bought a bridgeport knee mill a few months ago. Ain't even got it home yet. Now I gotta build a good rotary converter. There's a sweet deal on a manual lathe staring at me too, that I'm probably gonna pull the trigger on. Too much stuff higher up on the "to-do" list.
Al, now you know that whatever you come up with, it can't be any worse than mine.
