Here's mine. His name is Fozzi, after Fozzi the bear.

Here's a lion I am experimenting with. My intentions are to place the lion in the corners of a window trim that my cat always lays in. Will most likely be made in black cherry or hickory. I'm not a big fan of cedar. A pen is placed for size reference. Used a .125 carbide endmill for roughing, and a .0781 (5/64) carbide ballnose with .008 stepover for the finish.

Nice looking project you got there. Nice shop, too. I wish my mig welder was about the size of yours. Is that a mig, tig, or stick?

The link I posted above, contains links to other sites. The second link (Vector Art 3D) sells models, and gives the software away for free to convert the models to code.
"It will let you take "V3M" models, purchased from the Vector Art 3D website and in just a few minutes create toolpaths to efficiently cut them on your CNC machine."

The third link (Carve3D) states on the main homepage in the first paragraph...
"We provide service to anyone requiring 3D relief models for artistic manufacturing. If you have a CNC machine, router or engraver, then we can provide 3D Models or Toolpaths for you."

The first link (Vector Art) may do something similar as the other two, I have no idea.

I have never used any of these sites myself, so I can't give you any first hand experience.

Yes, there are sites that sell pre-made designs. Here's a link to Vectrics site that has links to what your looking for. Should get you started.

pfffftttt.....That seal can wait. If you replace the seal, then you'll hafta start changing the oil every 10,000 miles or something like that. Right now, all ya gotta do is add a lil bit of fresh oil every so often. Women....they just don't understand mechanical stuff.
