SmoothStepper USB / smoothstepper and x axis

I have finally got  round to installing my Usb smooth stepper which I have had for a few years now
I Have  PMDX 126 Board and a PMDX 107 Im running mach 3 .034.066 using machstdmill  screen set
The problem that I have is that everything works  great except that my X axis will not move at all
it works perfectly with the Parallel port but not with the smooth stepper.
Any help would be much appreciated as Im  getting very dispondant with this,

CVI MachStdMill (MSM) / setting up tcp tp

help needed tried setting up tcp tp have set plate position
when i press set TCP TP MCz all i get is  error saying
MAX Z DIST <=MIN PROBE DISTANCE, OP CANCELLED
any help would be much appeciated

General Mach Discussion / need help urgent

hI need help trying to set up motors  set port and pins for my motors y and z axis move in + and _ directions but for some unknown reason
the x axis will only move in the + direction doesn't matter how i try that is the only direction it wants to go. I did have my smoothestepper
set up but x axis wouldn't move in any direction so removed  and reset up another session but no luck im at my wits end .I have PMDX126
board and the PMDX 107 for my spindle any help would be welcome I have also tried swapping motor drivers but still get the same so motor
drivers are okay.

General Mach Discussion / probe using fixed plate and movable touch plate

Hi need help  since instaliling my smoothestepper i dont get the green light which indicates that the touch plate  or fixed plate is working
has anyone experienced the same problem .they worked okay when using parallel port im using machstdmill  screenset also use 2010 screenset
any help would be appreciated
