General Mach Discussion / Re: Problem with Software/Settings ????
« on: June 04, 2011, 04:19:38 PM »
Have just reversed the "X" and "Y" axis as you said but then the axis DRO's are reading + when it should be minus and vice versa which then makes the homing position in the opposite corner , far left instead on near left , what else can i try ??

General Mach Discussion / Problem with Software/Settings ????
« on: June 04, 2011, 02:37:18 PM »
I have just made a router/plasma cutting machine and have today been cutting air with the router to ensure all axis are working correctly , next step after that was to put a pencil in the spindle of router so that the roadrunner file would be drawn on table surface it came out perfectly apart from the fact that it was drawn upside down and back to front , I have tried various things to correct this problem without any luck does anybody have any ideas as to why it would machine a part upside down and back to front ????

I an sure that if you contact Scott (poppabear) he could help you out with a copy on disk , he lives I think somewhere near Nashville , it is worth a try if not send me your address and I will send you a copy but will take around 10/14 days to get to you

Hi there
this problem is caused by having a fake license if you bought it from Artsoft then go back to them if not go back to whomever you got it from , if in doubt contact Brian Barker and he will verify for you as to whether or not your license is genuine or not

Hi Dave
let me be the first to say that I am very pleased with MSM managed to get the auto tool changer working without any problems , did have a problem with the touch off which was partly due to a bug and the other part was me but got there in the end with your help and Mach is now working OK thanks to some help from Brian , apart from that the programs seem to be very stable and I think that you have done a fantastic job with MSM it has just about everything one could want
Thanks
Alan
