I just checked and x was out .0079 mm which wouldnt be causing the issue would it?
The other issue is when I restart Mach3 it continuall give me the abnormal condition error, and I have to refer all home to remove the error.

Tomorrow I will check to see where it is finishing, the issue is also happening with no tool change. regards Stuart

Hi there I am running Mach3 win 7. I have not had this issue before I have attached an Image of a pocket cut.
Im using a 16mm endmill for the job. I have added a ATC and using offsets for the tool length.
I checked measurements on x and y they are correct.Its happening on the end of the cut. I changed tools to see if that was the issue.
 Any ideas are greatly appreciated. regards Stuart

 M6Start.m1s macro is to control my tool changer. The 8 tool rack is setup along the Y axis, the spindle has a ER25 power draw bar. which is pneumatic. I am running mach3 on window7. regards Stuart

Mach3 under Vista / tim Shilling xbox 360 Plugin and Auto Tool Zero macro

Hi there I have setup the macro for Auto Tool Zero which works fine from main screen using a mouse. I have setup the macro in the Tim Shilling plugin. The issue I am having is the tool drops down to the touch plate but does not return up. I have attached the macro that I have set up on mach3. All help appreciated. regards Stuart

I would like to use my VB script for Auto tool Zero to assign a button on the controller But Have no Idea where to start what program to use to write the macro total newbie here. All help appreciated regards Stuart
