General Mach Discussion / M10 and M11 Problem Closing Program
« on: March 18, 2020, 10:46:42 AM »
I am using the M10 and M11 command on an Opt Laser I mounted to my CNC. The job works perfectly but when I am done and exit Mach 3 I get an error triggered and have to close out. It does not save the fixture as it normally does. When I restart I have to reference all home. I have seen a previous post and was wondering if anyone has figured out a fix for this. I am running a CNCROUTERPARTS Desktop Pro. with the Opt Laser attached. here is a link showing that it works just can't exit without an error. https://youtu.be/U3OVCQas13Q

General Mach Discussion / Error Triggered Only When I close Mach3
« on: March 14, 2020, 07:12:45 PM »
I can run the entire job no problem but when I close Mach 3 it gives me an error triggered. When I restart I have to Ref. all home each time. Any ideas what would cause this.

General Mach Discussion / M3Home Staying on
« on: February 16, 2020, 02:03:42 PM »
I have a cncrouterparts desktop Pro with Proximity Sensors. M3Home is staying lit on the diagnostic screen. I switched out the sensor with another one and still the same. I disconnected the sensor altogether and still lit. I can not ref all home. Shouldn't the M3home go out if I disconnected the sensor altogether? I am stumped here, any help would be appreciated.

My z axis proximity sensor is lit up in the diagnostics page. Does this me the sensor has gone bad. I cant Ref all home. X and Y will ref out but z will not move. I can jog it manually so I am thinking the sensor has gone bad. any ideas.

I am doing a lot of 3D projects. I will have several Bit changes. I remove the top surface in the first run. When I go to change bits is there a way to see where the relative position of the original top of the wood was.
