OK, I think i am in the right place now???
If this is true, all that had to be said was NFS is not supported by Google so log in through another server.

So simple and no one could explain that to me after all this time and dancing around hmmm!!!

I think people forget that we are not all at the same level and newbies can easily feel intimidated.

We want new people to join our forum and feel confident with the support and not frustrated, we are not all at the same level!!

Thanks for listening to what i had to say!
I Hope this is the new forum.

I hope this below answers some of your questions. This is all available for anyone to review at the PIXELCNC INFO PAGE AND TRIAL DOWNLOAD.

A free trial version of PixelCNC is available for download. It imposes an input image pixel-area limit of 65k pixels (i.e. 256x256, 512x128) and does not allow loading/saving of project files. The free trial offered is otherwise fully-featured, with the capabilities of the full version.  Users can download it and test out PixelCNC's functionality and toolpath generation for themselves.

Anyone starting out in the CNC world such as myself for example have a lot of things to sort out, how much do i invest, is this for me, etc. Well if your still trying things and want to have some fun with your creativity there is something i found called PIXELCNC. I was told that Mach systems won't run the gcode that it generates, this is not totally true. All you have to do is delete the first 2 lines of the code, save it and send it off to your machine. I have been designing and cutting crazy stuff just to play with it.

It has a fully functional free trial and if you like it here it comes , it is only $60.00. If nothing else I have learned a lot, and the customer service is outstanding. They really want to help in any way. OK, that's enough.

Good Luck

And Thanks to Bryanna for your help with getting logged in.

The gcode loads with no image on the blue screen. Happens only on some gcode's.

x,y,z is shown and nothing else, just another challenge

Thanks for your reply to my previous post. I had no idea it would if it went tyo anyone or if the post was in the right place.

I still don't know where to go to  post on or find the current forum pages. Currently recovering from a computer crash on Friday after trying to  click through all  of the pages tryring to find Stuarts last post to me and related posts as well!! Everything locked and couldn't do anything. Had to reload windows, Not very happy.

Is there a new home page / website / forum etc, that is current and accessable for those of us as quoted newbies trying to get started. Needs to be simplified in my opinion, Home page, list of pages to get to and then searchj by topic. JUst an idea from a NEWBIE.

Very pleased with Mach 4!!
Forum should be as easy to use.

Thanks,

Ken

Stuart,

I will have to re-check my calibration to be sure. I have been cuttting other things with accuracy, I guyess it never hurts to re-check once in awhile.

Can't do it now, i am headed out for the afternoon. I will definetly go through your questions and post the answers!
