General Mach Discussion / Reduced block on the diagnostic page under jog info

  My manual doesn't have a screenshot of the Mach3 diagnostics  page. The one it shows is the Mach2 one. In particular, I an interested in the "reduced" block. It is off in my "mill" program, but is on in my Plasma program. I wasn't able to find info on what it does. My problem is that I cant jog in plasma, and wondered if that may be the cause of my problem.

I acidentaly posted (Mill works normally, but plasma acts odd.) in wrong forum (here) and couldn't find how to edit (move) to Genedral Mach heading.

General Mach Discussion / Mill works normally, but plasma acts odd.

I am up and running Mach3.  I open the "Mach3 loader icon on my desktop, choose Mach mill, it loads up and all is well. runs as it should be.
  If I Choose Mach plasma, it opens  up. I have it configured the same settings as in "mill" version but jog does'nt work correctly. The Y axis is reversed direction and runs slow. When I press the cursor key to move in the X axis the Z goes up and down. Pressing pg up or down to move z, nothing happens. Now I'm totally confused. Im sure I missed a setting correctly, Have been puzzled for a week, and run out of ides of what to search the forum topics for.
