Ok, I've got movement! Happy camper, now to find tune.

Now, what did I do? I got pissed off!

When I bought the machine, the seller told me it was a 220v machine and I needed a transformer to go from 110 to 220.

I just unplugged that sumbitch, took my power cable from my PC, and plugged it directly into the wall.

Boom, all the lights come on, and all axis have movement. I did change the power supply to 110v.

ok, got back to messing with it.

checked voltage coming out of the XHC motion card, voltage looks good.
checked at the stepper control, model m542, getting voltage, but the lights are not lighting up,
and getting nothing on the output side going to the stepper motors.

when I press the arrow keys or turn the wheel on the pendent, yes the values do change, but no movement.

if i type code in, nothing happens, except for m3, spindle will turn on and off and i can change the rpm

no scope

yes, I found the same thing, followed the directions and still nothing.

I messed with it now for three days straight and still no axis movement.

my next move is to set it up with my desktop pc instead of my laptop, dunno if that will make a diffrence or not, supposed to be able to use laptops.
