thank u for the reply ,i am going to send the xml ... i have modified the profile a few times tho... i brought down the velocity and acceleration of the x , y , z axis

Hi
i have a cnc machine with 5 axis , i usually use only 3 axis ,i have this machine for a month now ,but i cannot run it for long toolpaths ,even with short toolpaths it runs wrongly..
it has 5 stepper motor which are set to 4.5 Amp ,and the motors are 4.5 amp too ...the power supply in total has around 25 AMP of 36 volt...
the problem i have is when i run a toolpath ,even a short one ,sometimes (on short ones it happens 1 in 10 or 15 of the exact same gcode) means same gcode that has been running correctly ,it happens when i re run it sometimes... or with long toolpaths ,it definitely happens a few times...
i generate the gcode by fusion 360 and i let it to step down maybe 0.1mm or 0.2... then when it completely finishes the first or second or third row of gcodes ,when the z goes down for example from -0.3mm to 0.4mm ,the coordinate of x and y ,completely changes ,and the rest of gcode and toolpath runs in a different spot.... that ruins the workpiece completely... and also the tool breaks sometimes...
the computer where the visual toolpath is showing ,actually shows the toolpath coordinate has been moved... and starting the rest of it in a diffrent spot.... and also on the workpiece... i cant say its the gcode ,because sometimes same gcode works well and no problem ,next time same gcode gets the same problem ,and the problem can be in any level of z ...when z is changing and going down another level....
here i show u the pic of the vistual toolpath on mach3 ,and the workpiece ,which u can see how the toolpath is being followed in a different spot and the workpiece completely being ruined....
please help me , i am new in this and need you guys help ! i thank you for your help and sharing your knowledge

Hi everyone
first i want to thank you all for sharing your knowledge and helping newbies like me :)
my name is John and im from Orlando Florida
i put together a 5 axis cnc machine ,which i originally purchased it from china ,but later i had to replace the break outboard and every single stepper motor and also the power supplies...
i have a very big problem with mach3 ,i dont know if fusion 360 which i get my gcodes , when mach3 working on a gcode ,sometimes it misses and completely mess up the coordinates... it happens when the z axis is stepping down another level... for example if the machine is stepping down 0.1mm each time ,when the entire gcodes of -0.1 ,is completely done ,and (during that many times the z axis goes up and down...) everything is fine ,then suddenly for example ,if the z level is -0.5 and now its going to do the next pass of gcodes with -0.6 ,the coordinate system completely changes ,its like you move the X axis like 10 or 20 mm .... and it starts rest of the program from there... and that of course means complete messing up the work and sometimes the tool breaks...  even in the visual toolpath of mach3 ,you can see the new path is being generated in a complete different location.... so this is something even the computer recognize... but i dont know what causes it ... i cant say its because of a gcode or not ,because some of the gcodes which have been running fine , i seen it happens to them...
i am very sorry that i introduce myself like this ,please let me know if i should write this in another topic ,and what should i write the subject to get the best help and of course the next person who may have the same problem ,could find it easier...
sorry again ,and thank you all for help and support ,if you guys want me to give more info ,i will ,i am a newbie... so forgive me if i am short and not explaining well
