Mine was a simple request, not a priority.
The main problem is that the Mach4 lathe program does not know the Cartesian coordinates G112 / G113.
This can complicate / limit the use of Axis C.

I need to install the C axis on the lathe.
i added DRO in the screen and it works fine.
I can't figure out how to enable graphics so I can preview the route.

I found that my pc that I use on the lathe only has a video card integrated into the processor.
i have the option to add a video card, 1 pcie slot is empty.
if i add this hardware, will i have to enter new license?

I wonder how it is possible that after at least 5 years that Mach4 is running, no one has ever noticed this Bug in the program !!
Anyone test the functions ?
Or are they simply written in the hope that they are correct?

Good morning.

I have identified big problem in Mach4 mill.
When using the G81 drilling cycle, using the G18 plane, the X and Z axes are inverted !!
I enter gcode test.

Hi,
We have identified the problems that caused bad synchronization with G76.
I thought it was correct to notify, so if a user has the same problems, he has a solution.
To generate the problems was the VFD.
It generated disturbances on the signals.
To solve this, we physically moved the VFD away from the controller, with separate power supply.
The disturbances have disappeared, consequently the G76 now works correctly.
