General Mach Discussion / Mach 3 installation
« on: August 14, 2017, 11:10:35 AM »
Hi All

I have retrofitted my Morbidelli machine with a c-s Lab controller which I intend to run on Mach3, I have done all the installation of the hardware components (relays, controller, encoders etc) I was working with an engineer however he wont commit to completing the installation as I paid a nominal fee for the guidance, 50% up front and 50% when completed. First bit went fine, however he seems to know less than me about the MACH3 programme and avoids clarification as to when he will be coming over to the uk (he is European). As a novice with this programme I could master it but will take me considerably longer to do so. Does anyone know of anyone in the UK who could install and set up the machine as I work full time and I am struggling to find time to undertake.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Stuart

Hi
I have recently undertaken a refit to my morbidelli a302 cnc, however the engineer who was supposed to install the Mach 3 programme has bailed on me. Does anyone know of any engineers in the uk that can programme the Mach 3. A cs lab motion controller has been fitted and all the hardware installed, just not sure about the programming side.

Please help

Stuart

General Mach Discussion / MACH 3 CSMIO axis starting on reset
« on: May 02, 2017, 05:37:09 PM »
Hi

wonder if anyone can help, im new to this product and hardware. I have installed a CSMIO controller/encoders from cs labs with MACH 3. My issue is that I have configured the soft/hardware to the manufacturers recommendations, all seemed to be well then the Y axis randomly starting to accelerate to either + or - without command, I tried altering various settings without any luck. I decided to reinstall MACH as i thought i may have entered an incorrect setting, matters became worse, all the axis when the MACH button is reset accelerate quickly causing an epid error. Once again tried all settings without success including motor tuning etc. Is there any setting in mach 3 general config or otherwise that could cause this issue that i am overlooking,

Any help would be appreciated
